- To be eligible for a return, the candle or aromatherapy essential oil diffuser must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

- You may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- After this period, we may not be able to accept the return.

- Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions.

Return Shipping:
- If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or any other reason not caused by us, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
